A Happy Hello

Hello and a big welcome to my little blog !

It's been a very long time since I last blogged, so I thought I would start again. I must confess I struggle with the technical side but I DO love sharing what I do ,so I'm going to give it a try, just bear with me !

Two weeks ago ( already ?!!) I attended the fantastic OnStage Local event at Telford and had an amazing time - new products, freebies, fab food and fun times spent with friends old and new ! My team and I are already planning to do it all again in November, so just get in touch if you'd like to join us.

I was honoured to be chosen to be create some display samples for the event which resulted in a mad couple of weeks due to an exciting parcel of new goodies from the States being delayed by the Easter Bank Holiday, me struggling with a virus and laryngitis , and the requirement to make 20 projects including scrapbook pages and 3D items. I got there in the end and it was quite daunting on the day waiting to see how the projects would be received by fellow stampers.  Initially I was  just taking photos of all the other beautiful samples but when I heard people commenting on my projects I did eventually 'confess'  to making them and I received some lovely feedback - and made some new friends !

This was an item that received a lot of comments - a faux book

In my mad rush to finish I nearly didn't put anything in the inside but I'm glad I did as someone undid my painstakingly tied bow !!! Anyone want to confess lol ?

Hopefully I will show you some more of the projects next time. Please leave me a comment if you've stopped by - I might be more encouraged if I think someone is reading and I'm not ' talking ' to myself lol !

Julie x
